Websites & Google · Long Island
Your customers are looking for you. Make sure they find you.
I build websites for local businesses and fix the Google listing most people actually judge you by — then I keep both current, answer your reviews, and text back the calls you miss.
What I keep finding
The same things are broken at almost every local business I look at.
Not marketing problems — plain mistakes that cost real customers. Most owners have no idea they're there, because nobody ever told them to look.
Listings nobody owns
Never claimed by the owner — which means a stranger can change the address and the hours. And strangers do.
One in three, unowned
Versions of your hours
One business, six different closing times living on the internet at once. Every one of them is somebody's Saturday night.
Replies from the owner
Including the angry one from three months ago — still sitting at the top, still the first thing a new customer reads.
“Drove twenty minutes on a Saturday because the website said they were open until 9. Kitchen had been closed since 4.”

What you get
Three things, and then somebody who keeps them running.
A real website
Built for your business, not dropped into a template. Fast on a phone, easy to read, and it says what you actually do. I design for a living — your site is going to look like somebody cared about it.
Your Google profile, fixed
Claimed, categorized correctly, hours right everywhere, real photos, description written properly — plus your menu loaded in and the right button on your listing. It's the free storefront people see before they ever reach your website, and it's usually the most neglected thing a business owns.
Somebody minding it
Posts every week, every review answered, photos kept fresh, and an automatic text to anyone whose call you missed. Once a month, one page telling you what came in.
If you serve food
Most restaurants around here have a Google listing that says “Menu — See more” and nothing behind it. The ones that load their menu in properly get their dishes turned into something Google can actually read — and start showing up when somebody searches the dish instead of the restaurant.
It takes an afternoon. Almost nobody does it.
- Your full menu, on your listingSections and dishes typed in properly, not a photo of a PDF nobody can read on a phone.
- The right button, pointing at youOrder, Reserve or Book — set so your own link is the one people hit, not a delivery app taking a cut of every order.
- Tagged so you can see it workingEvery link tracked, so the monthly report tells you how many orders actually came from Google.
Pricing
Two ways to do this. No contract either way.
Month to month, thirty days' notice, cancel whenever. If it isn't working you shouldn't be stuck with it.

Why me
I'm not a marketing company.I'm the guy who makes the thing.
Twenty years of design work — motion graphics, logos, illustration, broadcast work for the Jets. When you hire me you get the person who designs your site, not a salesman who hands you off to somebody overseas.
And I'm ten minutes away. If something's wrong you can call me, and I'll probably stop in.
three or four pieces
No charge, no obligation
Let me send you a free review of your Google listing.
Tell me your business name and I'll go through it the same way I do for everyone — what's set up wrong, what's missing, what your competitors are doing that you aren't. You get the whole thing as a PDF whether you hire me or not.
Takes about a minute. I'll have it back to you in two days.
Questions I get
Do I own the website?
Yes. It's yours, on your own domain. If you ever want to leave, you take it with you and I'll help you move it.
What if I already have a website?
Then we skip the build and you pay less. Plenty of businesses just need the Google side sorted and someone keeping an eye on it.
How long does it take?
About a week for the website once I have your photos and information. The Google fixes start the day you sign.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is lying to you. What I promise is that the work gets done properly and you see what it produced every month.
Am I locked in?
No. Month to month, thirty days' notice. The setup fee is one time and covers the build.
What do you need from me?
Photos, your hours, and about twenty minutes on the phone. After that I'll mostly leave you alone and send you a report.
